In the rare event that you wish to return a product to us you should notify us of the reason within 24 hours of receipt of the goods by e-mailing info@barehams.co.uk. We may request to collect the returned product or ask for it to be returned to the store. At all times the product must remain frozen. (Unless an ambient product is being returned). Refunds may be offered depending on the circumstances. Your statutory rights will not be affected.
